It’s here!

27 09 2010

My course information has just arrived!

Am both excited and scared.  Was very impressed with the presentation, all wrapped up in red tissue paper, posh ring binder even a pen 😀

Can’t get into the student website though, it has changed from the website guide that is included with the course information 😦

Not sure why but I am finding it very difficult to write my profile for my tutor.  hhmmm

HELP!!!

25 09 2010

While I am waiting for the course work to arrive I decided to have a look at other students blogs . . . . . . . . . . . . .

BIG MISTAKE!!!

If that is the standard of work they are submitting at the beginning of the course then I am f*&)ed! Technically I am just as good as they are but when it comes to imagination, vision, creativity what ever you want to call it then I am a far from their level and I don’t think any course can teach that.

But I hope I am wrong.  Only time will tell.  But at the min I am one very scared bunny.

😦

Here we go . . .

23 09 2010

Just registered for the first part of the Photography degree 🙂

Pre-course photos.

22 09 2010

I decided to show some of the photos I have taken already.  This will, hopefully, show how I improve both technically and critically.  Please feel free to comment.

Candle light.

Dunluce Castle at sunset.

Bell Tower

Lady Penelope

A Rose by any other name . . . . . .

Lost at sea.

These are just a few of the hundreds of photos I have taken over the last few years.  Please if you do comment on them elaborate as to why you do or don’t like them.  This is  a learning tool for me and all feedback is valuable.

Thank you.

Hello world!

22 09 2010

Welcome to my OCA Learning blog.

Other than that – HELP!!!

I’m not very good at writing about my feelings and thoughts so this in itself should be a good process.

Should be interesting anyway, hopefully not too boring.
